para hacer una orden por correo
Cuando llame devera
tener consigo lo siguiente; When calling you should have with you the following;
1. Direccion Verificable por el Correo De USPS (Si va a recoger su orden no es
necesario pero tendra que pagar su orden con targeta de credito) Verifiable USPS address.
2. Numero de telefono
verificable. Verifiable phone number
3. Correo electronico verificable para poder confirmar su orden. (si va a
recoger su orden no sera necesario, pero debe pagar su orden por adelantado con
targeta de credito. Verifiable e-mail to confirm your order.
4. Dejenos saber si es local la orden. (Puerto Rico) sele cobrara extra por el
envio y empaque fuera de Cayey. Let us know if your order is Local (PR)
5. Para Ordenes fuera de
Puerto Rico, se le cobrara extra por el envio y por empaque. Outside of PR Order, you will be charged xtra for shipping, packing, & handling.
6. Cuando Usted nos provea con su direccion, nosotros les enviaremos una
cotizacion de cuanto sera el envio y empaque de su orden. When you send us your address, we will send you a quote stating how much will be your order including shipping and handling.
PROCEDIMIENTO DE SU
ORDEN
1.
Tan pronto su orden salga del correo nosotros los llamaremos para darle su
orden de rastreo, y para que este pendiente el siguiente dia para recibir su
orden. As soon as your order shipped out we will call you to let you know the id number to track your order, and for you to pay attention to received your oder.
2. Su order sera
preparada en una e-mail. Your order will be prepare in an e-mail.
3. En la e-mail le vamos a incluir una link para que pueda pagar por su orden
incluyendo su cangeo y empaque. In the e-mail we will include a link for you to pay your order including shipping, packing and handling.
4. Los pagos seran
hechos solamente por PayPal, se aceptaran cheques, targetas de credito Visa o
Master Card. Payment will be accepted only by PayPal, visa, master card ONLY.
5. Tan pronto el pago sea aclarado por PayPal entonces le enviaremos una e-mail
de verificacion que ya su pago a sido procesado. As soon we have received the payment and had been clear, then we will send you a verification by e-mail that your payment has been process.
6. Luego se le enviara su orden Next Day o Express Mail. Then we will send your oder NEXT DAY, Special Delivery or Express Mail.
7. Debe tener una persona en la direccion para recibir la orden. You should have a person at the address to receive your order.
8. Todas las ordenes seran por USPS, NEXT DAY, con entrega antes de las 10:00
AM. All our order will be shipped USPS, Next Day, Express Mail or Special Delivey.
9. No somos responsables si las ordenes llegan a su residencia y no hay nadie
para recibirlas. Firma de acuse. We are not responsible for orders that get to the destination and there is noone to received them. Signature is Required.
